Welcome to my Substack! My name is Kyle Strobel, and I am the director of the Institute for Spiritual Formation and professor of spiritual theology at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. I am a writer, preacher, and teacher, and this page and podcast aim at articulating an evangelical vision of spiritual formation, the life of faith, and the life of the church.
If you subscribe you will get a post every Monday on the nature of spiritual formation. There are ways to learn and grow and levels of subscriptions, and my hope is that this can be a real education in spiritual formation if you give yourself to it, starting with my free posts every Monday.

Should I do free or paid subscription?
